The location of the hotel was fantastic, with plenty of nearby walking routes and breathtaking scenery to enjoy. the room itself was spotless and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. the hostess was incredibly helpful and responsive, even arranging a taxi for us and offering a tour of the farm. It was fascinating to learn about the workings of a modern dairy farm.
The dining room was a bit disappointing. I also had to wait for the hostess to appear, as she seemed to be busy with farm tasks.

I had a wonderful time at a lovely farm stay near Abergavenny. The room in the farmhouse was beautifully appointed, and the working dairy farm offered a picturesque scenery. The owner, Carol, was warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful. She provided excellent advice on sightseeing and local restaurants. The breakfast served was delicious and the location was peaceful, away from the town congestion and highway noise. I highly recommend this charming rural getaway.

We had a great Christmas stay at this hotel. The farm tour was a highlight, getting to see the calves and the automated milking machine was fascinating. The location was also a big plus, with beautiful views of the fields and mountains. The breakfast was amazing, with fresh ingredients and plenty to eat.
The lack of a full-length mirror in the bedroom. Other than that, everything was fantastic.

The location was ideal for exploring the beautiful Brecon Beacons, with stunning fields of yellow flowers and majestic mountains surrounding the hotel. the hostess was incredibly welcoming, treating us to tea and Welsh cakes upon arrival. the breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of high-quality ingredients. the rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds ensuring a good night's sleep.
The unpleasant musty smell in the bedroom, which improved slightly when we opened the windows. the excessive use of synthetic air fresheners throughout the property added an artificial smell that did not help the situation.

We had an amazing time at Hardwick Farm. The value for money was great, the room was spacious and comfortable, and we enjoyed the beautiful view of the Blorenge. The location was perfect, close to town yet surrounded by a peaceful rural atmosphere. The staff, especially Carol, were incredibly kind and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable.
The only thing that could make the breakfast even better would be to have a wider variety of options.

This B&B was a fantastic place to stay for a weekend getaway. the room was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities to make my stay comfortable. the bed was incredibly cozy, ensuring a good night's sleep. the location of the property was absolutely stunning, with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. It was also conveniently situated near several hiking trails, perfect for outdoor enthusiasts like myself. the breakfast served was delicious, featuring fresh ingredients and cooked to perfection.
One minor drawback was the lack of a full-length mirror in the bedroom. It would have been useful to have one for getting ready in the morning.
